If a negative review was possible I would of given them a -5. This company is a total SCAM – DON’T USE THEM. Alford J. Roper (owner – president) is a complete LIAR, he tells you what you want to hear and then never delivers on his word, this man is a SCAM, and he has an excuse for everything except that he and his people don’t have a clue on how to finish hardwood floors. They were hired to install new hardwood floors in my home and after sanding them 3 times and trying to finish them 3 times, the floors looked beyond awful, mis-matched staining and a top coat finish that looked like a 3 year old did the job with streaks, missing areas, and lots of debris in the finish, when I refused to accept this terrible job they tried one more time, only to find that by this time the floors were all cupped and warped from their lack of due-diligence do to the excessive amount of moisture in the sub-floor which they obviously never checked (to a hardwood flooring contractor, this is the first lesson, they obviously missed it). After having the floors inspected by a certified wood floor inspector, it was determined that the floors were completely installed and finished improperly, and it was one of the worst hardwood flooring jobs that the inspector had seen in his 20+ years of inspecting floors. I’m writing this review because not many people take the time to do so, and if they did, it would have saved me and my family a lot of stress and suffering of dealing with these scam artists. Their work is beyond awful. Unfortunately Google requires that I leave at least a 1 star rating which this company is not worthy of, and a negative star rating would be best suited for their incompetent workmanship.

I have used this company twice and both times have been excellent!. I am very very satisfied expecially with the great customer service I received today I'm not a morning person so when the carpet tech came out I still was sleep I contacted the office and I spoke with a woman by the name of TERESA I asked if they could give me about 30 mins let me get up and move my furniture she said NO PROBLEM AND GAVE ME THE TIME I NEED TO GET UP . I appreciated that service request because I do understand the busy holiday coming up NEW YEARS EVE. Travis the carpet tech came back and provided excellent customer service great attitude and had great timing while working. I would definitely recommend these guys 🙂! NUMBER 1 service highly recommended!
