If I could give more than five stars, then I would customer service was excellent. Communication was excellent and my vehicle looks brand new. Work was done in a timely manner Joe was wonderful to work with I would  recommend this place to everyone ! Thank you for everything !

Took almost twice the estimated time 3-4 weeks estimated, 6-7 weeks  actual. Quality of work contracted for was good. Final inspection thoroughness sadly lacking. Personal inspection prior to paying and driving home revealed significant scratch where no work done. Pointed out to personell and shop had technician polish it out. Drove home and inspected more thoroughly and found another significant scratch. Worked on it myself with DA polisher and took hours to finally got it to where it was passable. Bottom line, don't think I'd use this shop again.

Joe and his staff was more than accommodating to my schedule and my situation. The car was fixed within a reasonable amount of time and it looks pristine, like the damage never even existed. They maintained constant communication and even provide a link to a website to help you keep track of where the repair process is at. Overall, such an amazing experience and I will definitely be back for any future occurrences though I hope I don’t have any, lol.  Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

CDE did a great job on my Mazda3. Looks absolutely like new!

I am beyond dissatisfied with this company as a whole. the portage location was so rude i decided to go to this valpo location. the communication has been awful, the quote i was given had a timeframe of 0 days. i use the link a week after they’ve had my car to replace a door and it says they haven’t started. each time i called twice within the 2 weeks they’ve had my car i felt like i was a burden. i work out of my car. hours before my car was suppose to be finished today they changed it to being finished 6 min before they close tomorrow, and no call explaining this change. idk if it’s because i’m a young woman they feel they can push me to the side or what. i paid 6k for this lol.

Highly recommend!! They have great communication, great turnaround time and did a great job fixing my car.

They did a beautiful job repairing my driver door from an auto accident. You can’t even tell there was an issue. They worked with me when I needed my car back as soon as possible. They staff is very friendly and helpful! I will definitely bring my car back to them if I ever need work done!ServicesBody & Trim
