Paul is great and cuts my hair exactly as I requested!  Prices are affordable and appts are quick.

I received a gift certificate from my father in law from Rocher's for 250.00. I tried on 2 occasions to make an apt for a hair cut. Each time I had to cancel bc one of my children became sick. The gift certificate was purchased in December. It had an expiration date of March. They would not honor my gift certificate in April. I was astounded that they would so easily accept 250.00 for no services in exchange.

I went in to get my nails done after being rescheduled 3 days in a row. The owner offered to do them instead of a 4th reschedule, a big mistake. I had no selections in terms of colors or patterns, was lightly burned more than once from the grinder and the file, and she was constantly on her phone instead of focusing on what I was paying for. The work quality was horrendous and rushed, and I still had to pay top dollar for it. Go anywhere else but here for a manicure. The money you'll spend for the service you get would be better spent going into Albuquerque and throwing it out your window on the way.
