I went in a week ago to have a pedicure and a gel manicure, after a few days the nail polish started to chip and peel on my toe nails and finger nails. I called and made an appointment for the following Saturday to have my nails fixed. After speaking with Kim she said she thought it was just one nail and I would have to pay half price to fix all nails because it had been more than three days. Even though I made an appointment I was going to either have to come back later or the next day to be assisted. When I asked for my money back she said the manager Tommy was not in and there was “nothing” she could do, although on other review sits she calls herself the owner. After 20 minutes of back and forth nonsense, being embarrassed, taking time away from the young costumer who was patiently waiting to have her nails finished, and other customers having to listen and unfortunately have my frustration taken out on them (not their fault and shouldn’t have happened), I left with no service and my nails still messed up. I was told Tommy would be in the next day, but from other reviews I’ve seen on google, yelp and Facebook he is not friendly, has anger issues and won’t fix the problem. I wasted $80 of my hard earned money for crappy service and now have to go to another salon and pay to have my nails fixed. I wanted to give this place a try, but I should’ve just went back to the salon next door, at least they do a decent job. I will never go back to this nail salon again, nor will my friend who went with me. I will also make sure all of my friends and family know how horrible this place is.

Amazing hair cut, and amazing pedicure!! But the manicure is my issue. The First Lady couldn’t do acrylics which is understable, those are hard and I respect it. I was switched to another lady, she gave me no option of shape, length, color, etc. It seemed very hard for these women to understand what I was asking. I got my nails done two days ago and I’ve lost 5 already. Definitely won’t get my nails done here again.

I think they do an awesome job for a great price! I'm hard on my nails at work, so I'm happy to have something that lasts
