Older, family park, once dedicated only to seasonal campers but now open to transients. Website indicates that they are ready for transients but that is not the case. Sites are not ready, no fire pits, no picnic tables, lots of debris from previous site owner. Park is in a state of turnover with new owners this year. Water pressure is low and of suspect quality. Not all sites have sewers. With narrow roadways, some sites will be difficult to park larger units. In time, and with a lot of work, this place will become more user friendly.

I gave 1 star because "0" not an option. After 42 wonderful years in this park it has gone to the dogs after new owners took over in 2017. So much so that after we purchased a 2017 41' Quailridge mobile home (sleeping in it for a few weeks) we made the tough decision to pack it in. The new owner was a nightmare to deal with, gave everyone different information creating mass confusion, would out and out lie, has a mouth like a trucker and zero people skills. The park is in total disarray while he works on upgrades. He is very happy to have many, many long standing campers leave the park. To a few that decided to stay, he gave them 30 days to relocate their trailer, decks, sheds to another lot in the park at their expense. Needless to say those campers have decided not to stay now. I would not recommend this park at all. The 5 star ratings are pre-new owners...it was a 10 then.

Doesn't sound like a place I would want to go to. Hard core does not make for a good park . Atmosphere and friendliness is everything.   Hospitality, rules suck., within reason. Cleanliness , cheerful owner would help. ,

80% of long time patrons have left this Park and for good reason. New owners (since late 2016) are rude, ignorant people that change their rules constantly and have no problem dropping "F" Bombs in front of children and guests. Park is in complete disarray with abandoned lots and garbage everywhere. Owners have no concept of customer service, and in his own words, "I am here to make money, not friends." Honestly people this place is now a total joke and should be avoided at all costs. Contact me if you want further information.
