I would give these guys a negative score if possible. I can't even begin to explain the frustration I've had with these people. I ordered flowers for my wife and daughter, my wife recieved her flowers, a small arrangement even though I paid a big price for them, and my daughter who is 6 did not get her flowers at all, by the way, they live at the same address. As a dad, it's crushing seeing my daughter's eyes light up when my wife's flowers arrived, but than sadden when she didn't get anything. Adding to this mess is the multiple calls with people that gave me the run around and excuses, saying its on its way, and we have to deliver priority orders first etc. After 6 hours with no flowers, I called for a refund. These people had the audacity to ask for my wife's arrangement returned to them in order to receive a refund. So I had my wife, on Valentine's day gather up my 6 year old and newborn and return her flowers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Literally, go anywhere else and you will get better service and better flowers.

I am from out of state and we have a wedding tomorrow. We were scheduled with a floral shop who really let us down. I called Cedar Village Floral and they helped us the SAME DAY!! Such wonderful costumer service and I can’t thank you enough for lifting some of the stress off of my family to enjoy an amazing wedding. You guys are awesome and I would highly recommend this family owned business.

If I could give these guys a negative star I would 100 times over. My husband paid a ridiculous amount for the flowers I received today for Valentine's day and the worst part half of them are dead. How completely unethical to sell and send people dead flowers. This place use to be amazing but the new owners clearly have no desire to keep the business open with the product and horrible customer service they offer. If you want to compete with the big flower companies then you need to be better then them not worse. I would have rather my husband gone to the grocery store and purchase flowers then come to this place, at least they would be alive for a week rather then less then a day. Stay away from this business you are going to pay just as much anywhere else if not more and you will get much better flowers from other local shops. BAD BUSINESS BAD PRODUCT!

Cedar Floral is definitely the best place is Northern Utah flowers! They were so fun to work with while planning my wedding, very sympathetic when my Dad passed away, convenient when I just stop by for arrangements and have always helped my Husband with Valentine's day and our anniversarry! Jamie is so sweet, friendly and I would definitely recommend her and her business!!

I am EXTREMELY unhappy. I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Christmas, and yes the flowers were beautiful, but the bouquet was not even half the numbers of flowers that it was supposed to be as per the picture on the website. I ordered the deluxe version that I paid a fortune and got a ridiculously tiny bouquet for it. And on top of that, there is a $5 convenience fee, on top of the $10 delivery! There are better florists in the area, that charge less and don't rip you off.
