Would have given a big fat 0 if I could. Had an appointment called to let them know I had an emergency come up but was only going to be a couple of minutes late. The lady that I talked to told me I had to be there within 5 minutes and I was but she would not get off a personal call to acknowledge I was there. 2 minutes later she looked up and said I was late. There was no one else in the office and told me they were packed.

Typical clinic for Wyoming.  All talk, backed up patients, and little to no professionalism or customer service.
