My son had a terrible cough this morning...called and they got him right in!  Not only that but I am having issues with my Medicaid, they worked with me on that too! Dr. Jarrod was wonderful!  My son who is 16 months old is terrified of his usual pediatrician, absolutely loved Dr. Jarrod! Front desk staff and nurse were very helpful as well.

Complete heartless jackasses. Saw Dr. Santosa a year ago for my gout. He wrote a prescription and when it was running low, to simply call the office to have a new script called in. I called the office, not once, not twice (disconnected the first two times after one ring) and the third time, I was informed that because Dr. Santosa was no longer with them, I would have to come back in for a new appointment. Really? Gout, much like any chronic illness isn't changing or going away. I requested that another doctor review my records and move forward with the requested script. Again, I was told no and that "I'm not going to fight or argue with you on this." I responded by saying "I'm not arguing, I'm simply asking your staff to do their job and treat me for something THEIR doctor already diagnosed." Needless to say, I'm still in excruciating pain, their clinic is a money racket, and the least of their concerns are the well-being of their patients.

The front desk help has some serious attitude problems.  Doctors are fine, but the hired help definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

They failed to save my medical records for the required 7 years. This is against the law.
