Following our first trip to Paris, with a passion for cooking we decided to open a bakery that would pay homage to our southern heritage while infusing traditional French baking to create a blend of sweet confections.
Professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in classic French Baking and Pastry techniques, we offer both traditional baked goods as well as creative fresh concepts that inspire custom dessert ideas for our clientele.
Inspired by our family and close friends, we used our funky fresh style and diverse interests to create "Confiserie Eclectic Gourmet".....which we lovingly coined CEG (keg)!
