Amazing Staff and a Doctor (Turney) thats like people had back in the day, not unreachable or out of touch, nor desensitized. The most important thing to me, she actually listens to the patient not sit on their stool like most cocky Doctors not really listening just to pat you on your head and send you on your way..

If I could go lower I would. The staff is the awful and very uninformed about FMLA. My mother is a patient and I wanted to make sure that I had an FMLA on file with my employer so I can take off as needed to take her to the doctor when my sister can't. So I went in yesterday to get the form filled out and faxed to my HR dept. They told me I had to make an appointment to get it filled out. This was strange to me, but hey to each his own. I go in today for my 10am appointment around 10:20 they called me to the back and wanted to take my vitals! Wait what! I had to explain again, that I just need a form filled out and she said that they had to get my vitals inorder to do that. By this time I'm beyond irritated because no one can seem to understand it's just the form that need to be filled out with my mothers information. At 10:30 I still have yet to see the person (Tammie) that fills out the form. So I just asked for my form and $25 back. Then Tammie shows up (still not ready to see me) and with much attitude tell me that I need to be there for her to fill out the form since she need to know how much time off I will need from work. That is not how it works. If I was the patient then yes that information would be needed but I'm not. She specified Section 3 Part B Question 6 this question addresses the time of care the patient (my mother) requires. This has nothing to do with my work schedule, so a conversation with me isn't needed. At this point I realized that they are clueless and to continue with this discussion would take moments out of my life that I will never get back.

terrible,sat there 4 hours,for them to tell my mom they couldn't do nothing,NOR..did they even refer her to some one that could,nope,didn't even do that,I know this,she better not get a dang bill.
