The Doctor is a Great doctor. Some of her help could be improved. I only gave 5 stars because I like the doctor.

Husband had an appointment at 8 a.m. He forgot our new insurance card. Staff was going to see him, but someone in the office decided to make the call to refuse service without his insurance card. Way to choose money over the patient! I could have provided that info with one call! Worst part, he’s leaving for Afghanistan tomorrow and really needed meds! Bad call. Never choose them again.

If you need a Dr go somewhere else. If by chance you get to see the Dr she is on her cell phone. I didn't like it at all. You have very long wait times and when you get called back you might not even see a dr. Just someone who she is training. The front of office is a joke. I never got what I needed in time or at all. If they where to make you an appointment, hang it up not going to happen.

The staff is always very friendly. They have started a new system  where if you're   just there for a renewal in prescriptions you're  put in a certain.area the last time I went in I was in and out within  30 minutes . Much better than the old system  where you could be there  for 2 hours.

Amazing Nurses and a Doctor that truly cares (Turney)! I don't think even have a clue how many people this Woman actually helps in and specially out of the Office! I've known here to put up and pay for homeless patients in housing, help others that didnt have food, etc, etc
