Best bar in a restaurant place to go. There's always a friendly atmosphere here with the bartenders and servers who seem to know their customers very well. There is plenty of seating for dining in as well. Great to have dinner with family and friends casually.

A weekly habit kinda place! We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there. Excellent food, very attentive service.

Everyone probably knows Celia's already, there are a bunch of them all over The Bay Area an have been around for years. Nothing special but just good go to Mexican. TV's in bar so good place to watch a game too.

American cheese in a quesadilla? Didn't believe another reviewer until we tasted it. Service was terrible about 2 weeks ago - went into the bar and even with 3-4 staff around the bar, no one greeted us or offered anything until we asked. Table next to us was apparently not happy with their order, so thought we'd be safe with the quesadilla -we were so wrong! The only saving grace was the steak in the quesadilla and it was good only after we scraped off the American cheese. We live within walking distance but no matter how many times we've tried, we can't justify recommending it & we used to love this place...

Service stunk. Waitress disappeared w/out checking on us for refills, napkins or the check! Had to battle with a huge fly to stop his persistent landing attempts. Crab Enchiladas were a bytasteless grind of crab? Liked the beans and rice! She almost......tried to charge us for tortillas which were bland. Chips cool. Salsa/Pico de Gallo was a bit spicy for me but good!
