My iPhone 6 screen was shattered, and it was replaced quickly and without any issues afterward.  My home button still scans my fingers and all apps are working great!  The young man at the counter was very nice and friendly.

They were very fast in replacing my iPhone 6 screen which had a huge section that was cracked. The only downside is they also replaced my home button so I no longer have the fingerprint scanner (which I definitely didn't want them to do) and didn't make me aware of this beforehand. If they had I would've gone somewhere else. So upside is my phone looks great and works; downside is I have zero trade in value.

I went to Cellairis because I had a small crack in my iPhone 6.  I received some of the best service of any company, especially phone based I can remember.  My phone was fixed, but the screen had an imperfection.  Without missing a beat, he disassembled again and replaced the screen to perfection.  I ended up buying another case from them at this point too.  These folks are great!  They went above and beyond to make sure that I was truly happy before I left.  Additionally, they let my kid watch and explained everything they were doing to the phone as they went because he was curious.  Don't go anywhere else without checking here for phone repairs.

Worst service ever. Faulty product. Replaced multiple times and still faulty. Had to take it to another place because customer service was so bad. Fast service but horrible product.
