Our furnace was emitting an electrical smell early this morning and we had to call the fire department; we were told we had to fix our furnace "today".  We called several repair places, one of which told us they "weren't taking new customers today".  Ron Hammes listened to our situation (the fire department being here, having our furnace turned off, having young children in the house) and made us a PRIORITY.  We had a repair person here in about an hour, on a VERY busy call day for them.
The repair person even cleaned and sanitized the blower after removing it.  We are extremely impressed with their service as WELL as their compassion.  Thank you!
