A couple of weeks ago while on vacation in Gatlinburg I purchased a necklace here.  Was very pleased with the price and the product until I tried to wear the necklace.  The clasp broke so I contacted Celtic Heritage when I got home to make them aware of the problem.  They immediately contacted me about my concerns.  I sent them the required documents and they replaced the necklace.  Not only did they replace the necklace but I received a very nice hand written letter.  If and when we ever return to this area again I will be sure to shop once more.  Thank you for taking great care of your customer.  I truly appreciate your quick response to my concern.  D. Z.
