I went in looking for a special clock for my 30 year wedding anniversary. 
Sales person was rude and should not tell people how to run their lives.
When sales person was telling me a certain clock would last over 200 years, I said I doubt it would last 200 hours at my home and joked that he would have to sell me kid damage insurance to which he replied i needed to control my kids.
He was pushing me into buying a bigger clock than I wanted because I knew it would get broken in my home.
My kids were not with me, so it's not like they were running wild in the store.
My kids are grown adults, but sometimes will throw a tennis ball in the house for the dog to catch.
I was joking, but I was not joking when I left and did not buy the clock.
I will go to another place where I will not be insulted.
I hope the sales person understands that a huge sale was not made because of his snarky comment that was made straight to my face with out even knowing why I said this huge all glass clock would not last a day in my home.

Love this place. We always stop at the Clock Peddler when we are in town. We purchased a cuckoo clock a year ago from Jerry. Jerry is a very nice honest salesman. We enjoy our cuckoo clock and decided to buy another one for my parents from Jerry. Keep up the good work guys.

Bought a cuckoo clock for 325 dollars. Silly me I didn't price check till I left the store. Amazon had the same clock for 189. I hadn't left the store 5 minutes and they wouldn't refund the money. I hadn't even taken possession of the clock yet because I was gonna pick it up 2 days later on my way out of town. No wonder people don't like buying from small businesses anymore.  At least the big box stores will let you return item pretty much no matter what. Buyers beware. Clocks are the same one found on Amazon for much much less.

I visited your shop this weekend. While I found that the pieces you displayed were lovely and of wonderful craftsmanship I was disappointed that not once were we approached by a salesman. 2 gentlemen were there and not once looked up to acknowledge us. As we were walking close to the door to leave still nothing. Not even a thanks for coming into our shop! Customer service is a must when it comes to making and closing a deal. Very disappointed.
