My son had a tooth extracted this morning by Dr. Ostler.  My son has had two traumatic experiences (not affiliated with this group of dentists) so getting him in the chair for work is not easy.  All of the assistants and front desk ladies were absolutely amazing with my son!  The Saturday crew went above and beyond!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being open, understanding of my sons needs, being compassionate and really just loving your career!  It shows!  I will always recommend this office!  Thank you!

Called this place and asked , Do you take Emblem insurance? Yes we do. I make an appointment. It's not for two weeks but I wait because this place seems to have experience with patients who had undergone radiation to the jaw. I take the day off of work.  I show up hand over my insurance cards, both dental and medical. Have my dentist fax over the referral, email my ex rays, fill out paperwork, and then after all that  they say we don't take your insurance. No apologies, nothing. thats it. well here is a first of many bad reviews your getting!

Dr Jeffrey Elbaum removed 2 of my wisdom teeth & my experience with the Doctor  and staff was amazing! When I first walked in to the office I felt like I was in a first class establishment! The front desk staff was so friendly  & welcoming . They made check in very easy ,They made me feel very comfortable. When  it was time to see the Dr he was so professional and I felt like I was in great hands! The procedure was over before I knew it, I did not feel a thing! He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He also was very helpful in teaching me how to clean and treat my procedure for the next few days. I would strongly recommend this Dr and office. Since then I was so happy with my visit  I sent my entire family to Dr Elbaum.!!

Excellent...Dr. J. Elbaum took care of my older brother and I.  All of our wisdom teeth were removed in a matter of minutes.  We could not have asked for a better Oral Surgeon and staff to take care of us.  They were very friendly and always made sure that we were comfortable.  My younger brother will be going to see him soon.  Thank you Dr. Elbaum and staff!!!  My brother went to the Jackson office and I went to the Ocean office...great experience.

Most horrific dental experience I my life. The pain was excruciating. Despite my repeatedly telling Dr Nam I was not numb, he proceeded with the procedure and was torture. Would never recommend. Stay away.
