Upon finding this facility we were hesitant and guarded as we haven't had the best experiences when it comes to finding a good doctor for our teenagers, 15 and 13. Especially since we drove all the way from St. Cloud. We soon found out it was well worth it. Elsa at the front desk was friendly and hospitable. The resident doctor was very sweet and professional and informative. The wait time was very minimal...5-10 mins tops. Everyone we came in contact and shook our hands and introduced themselves to all of us. We greatly appreciate you and all the staff. : D

Rude staff and always kept waiting!  Everyone from the doctors to the receptionists are short and condescending.   Today, I waited 35 minutes in the room, after 15 in the waiting room... If I hadn't gone out to check, I would still be there -  the doctor went to the WRONG patient in the wrong room, so everyone thought we had been seen...  I have been going there for a few years, and maybe got fast service one time.... Which was my first time, so we kept going back - thinking that was the norm and we had just been unlucky.  But, no, bad service is clearly the norm.
