We are pleased to be Winter Garden’s partner in health, bringing clinical excellence and wellness to West Orange County and the surrounding communities. Our 97,000 square foot facility, located between Daniels Road and State Road 535, across from Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, represents the first phase of Florida Hospital’s Winter Garden development.

Worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. The staff seems to never have a clue what your diagnosis is or could be at all. I have visited here several times because of a medical issue I'm trying to manage and on top of everything the customer service is terrible. Just a note, this hospital is always empty and I know why, hint hint. The nurses couldn't have possibly been top of their class and the physicians make me wonder how easy it is to pass in medicine school. And be prepared to WAIT in your room while the nurses talk at the main nurses desk. Oh, let's not forget the best part, the security guard. He literally watches television and NEVER watches patients go to their car. They literally pay a mall cop to watch TV, but I guess with a second grade education it's the best he can do. I was bringing food back to a family member and I had to move my car from the physicians parking spot at 2am. I mean he literally ran outside and attacked me. I'm so glad they don't give security guards guns or this guy would have probably shot me dead. This place is an absolute joke and I pray it closes before someone is seriously hurt. God's speed on driving to another hospital.

I took my son in for ear pain in the middle of the night. After seeing the doctor, the nurse came in to give my son his “first treatment.” He then handed me a bottle of ear drops that I already had. I told the nurse that I did not need them and he responded with “well here”.  He literally pushed them at me. Five months later, I recerved a bill for over $900 for these ear drops. I have been speaking to everyone in the billing department and they refuse to remove the charge (even thought it was obtained through uninformed Vincent). BE VERY CAREFUL if you go to this hospital. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY TREATMENTS without asking a lot of questions.

I was taken to a room immediately, but after that the care and service was not good at all.  I waited for quite some time to receive medicine for my problem.  Then, they were unable to diagnose the problem and ended up transferring me to another hospital because there were no doctors on site or on call to provide adequate care.

I arrived at the ER pale as a ghost, barely able to stand, dry heaving, and experiencing severe abdominal pain. It took at least half an hour for me to be admitted, despite the fact that there was no line in front of me (and only one person behind me, a mother who wanted to make sure her son didn’t have the flu)

I started throwing up in the lobby, and that seemed to speed up the process of getting me inside. It took them a while to get medication for me and over 2 hours to read my cat scan (even though they said it would take an hour).

My nurses and doctors were nice, but my main nurse was unable to operate the machine to take my blood pressure. She tried for 20 minutes before calling another nurse who successfully did it on the first try.

They later decided to transfer me to the Apopka location, and originally tried to have me take a helicopter because they claimed all of the ambulances were busy, but a paramedic team showed up within 10 minutes saying they’d been outside trying to contact my nurse to tell her they could take me.

The visit was a little rough overall, but this is a very good location.

Female ER doctor with silver hair was condescending and rude. She  profiled me because I'm covered in tattoos, 28, with a substance abuse history on file from when I was a kid. Came in with a severe burn. They can't treat me with narcotics. I didn't ask for narcotics. Four times she stormed into my room while I was screaming for ice, ranting about not giving me narcotics. My nurses, however, were complete angels. 

She should not be working ER, and I'd never bring a child or older relative to her after the harsh treatment I received. Unprofessional through and through.
