I have been going here for 2 years and was really happy seeing Janice as my  doctor. I am now pregnant and am seeing different doctors. That's fine; however the customer service and scheduling department is awful. They are consistently rude, seem to have no knowledge of what doctors are where and have called me two times (out of 4 appointments) to reschedule because they scheduled me to see someone that wasn't there. Every time I call, I get interrupted or snapped at. It's like I'm bothering them trying to get answers regarding my health and my child's health....

I think it would go a long way for this practice to read these reviews, seeing as I am not the only one posting regarding their customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs. Never in my life have I dealt with such rude and unprofessional  people. The experiences I've had here are absolutely mind-blowing. Janice is the most unprofessional and judgemental doctor I've ever had, and Tracy the receptionist is truly bothered to have to do her job... She is incredibly rude every single time I call for no reason at all. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not to mention their hours are atrocious, and they break for lunch daily for over an hour and a half which makes the already challenging experience of trying to reach them by phone that much more difficult. If you want confidentiality- do not go here, as your business will be discussed amongst all of the staff.

Im a 19 year old patient and this is my first experience at an obgyn office and i didnt realize how bad it was until i was explaining to my mom. The receptionists are rude, i called to make an appointment yesterday and the woman on the phone snapped at me and had a really bad attitude. I started going there not even a year ago bc i wanted to be put on birth control and making the appointment was hard enough bc no one took me seriously! I was 18 at the time and whenever i called to make the appointment they told me no one was available or flat out HUNG UP the phone. My aunt had to make the appointment for me. The blue bell office is great and im lucky that my doctor travels between both locations, but bc of my experience yesterday i will no longer be giving this company my business AT ALL. Ladies, there are far better places out there. Trust ur health with someone who would be more qualified and happier to assist u.

I've been going here for years and dealt with the rude staff they have. I've finally decided to switch. they have zero flexibility and it's very hard to get an appointment.
