The store carries a wide range of products. They provide very personalized service. There isn't a single person here who doesn't like animals. PetSmart and Petco have teenagers who work there because it's close to home. The employees at Centinela Feed own dogs and understand animals. If I ask any of them about a problem, they direct me to the right bath product or dog food. My dog is grain-sensitive and I am alert to products coming out of China, which can be questionable. The store now produces its own food which is from Wisconsin. I'm willing to pay a bit extra if needed for quality. And I know I can always bring it back if my dog won't eat it, even if it's 3/4 gone. They'll replace it without a fuss.

I expected upscale quality service from this store before I arrived.
Sadly customer care and respect is not a priority for Centinela Rancho Palos Verdes. 
The female employee in the grooming department was very unprofessional.
Why would anyone want to pay a premium and get poor quality service.
Better to shop for your pets needs online and skip the experience with bad employees.
