I absolutely love Dr. Vaughan!  We are new to Alabama & he got me in, took care of my problem & did an excellent follow up.  He even saw me the second time on a spur-of-the-moment basis. He is professional & competent with a sense of humor thrown in!  His staff is friendly & accommodating to your situation.  I highly recommend this office & in particular, this doctor, for your ENT needs!

The staff and Dr. Morgan performance sucks. My child have an heart murmur which I noted in my paper work long story short, she was scheduled for surgery for her nose today and minutes before the surgery I was told I need a note from the cardiologists to okay the surgery and medicine. Me as a parent knowing that the staff was suppose to follow up with the cardiologists a day or so before the surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vaughn for  many years.  He and Amanda have been very professional.  He enters the room with a smile and a joke and I have the same for him. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Vaughn to my family and friends. "He is the man".

Dr V has a deft, gentle touch with that water-spritzing-sucking-ear canal cleaning probe.  The ENT I used before wielded his probe like a WeedWacker.

The doctor was okay but the wait was extremely long. I was there almost 3 hours. After the visit I received my bill. I called to pay but the 1 lady in the office who takes payments was on vacation. Payments cannot be made via their website either. With moving and kids I lost sight of this bill. No one called me and I received no additional letters. Now, over a year later I'm being contacted by a collection agency.
