I don't know if we just got a bad batch but it was NOT GOOD.  We ordered Shrimp Lo Mein, Vegetable Lo Mein, General Tso's chicken and crab meat wontons.  None of it really had any flavor, the wontons were dry and barely had any filling in them.  The chicken was overcooked and stringy, nothing tasted fresh.  And the red sauce for the wontons tasted like bubblegum medicine and smelled like melted candy.  Even the fortune cookie messages made no sense!  We will not be ordering from here again.

Had to update my review from 5 stars to 1. This place has gone way downhill. Large house chow mein is 19$ and is a complete joke. Now I need to find a new weekly spot.Food: 1/5

If I could put zero stars I would. Poor service.  Mediocre food.  Unsanitary conditions that's why they don't want you looking in the back.  I should call the health department.

The Best Chinese Food in Baltimore!! Been going to Central Asia since the early 1970’s. Used to go to their Restaurant every year for my Birthday!! My friends & family would give me gift certificates for Valentine’s Day, My Birthday, Mother’s Day, etc. Whenever I was asked where I wanted to go out to Dinner I would say here or Steak & Ale Restaurants!! Mostly would say Central Asia!!!! Truly the best Chinese I’ve ever had!!!!!!

I ordered general Tao’s chicken. First of all, I had to dig to the bottom for the 3 little pieces of broccoli. And not at all Spicy, my 3 year grandson was able eat it , No hot peppers  in it at all. I called to complain, she keep telling me if I want extra spicy , I need to order extra spicy. I have order general Tso’s chicken many times from various places. This is normally a very spicy dish. I had to kept repeating that it’s no heat at all, I fed to a kid  which they never eat because of it being so hot. Very disappointed for the money I paid. I would’ve returned, but I’m disable and a neighbor was kind enough to go pick up food for me. Review by Cheryl Harvin

My wife and I purchased shrimp fried rice w/broccoli and a egg roll. The shrimp fried rice w/broccoli was so delicious but we didn't care for the egg roll. My half and half was very tasty. The large shrimp fried rice w/broccoli was enough for 3 people. I gave 4 stars because of the egg roll. I would recommend this Chinese Carryout any day of the week. Customer service was amazing and the staff was Covid-19 safe, especially the cook.

Nice place, friendly patient staff. I loved my food, the shrimp toast was homemade! Others said the pepper steak that had plenty of beef, tasted "different"  I think we can't expect all restaurants to have the same recipes. I will definitely try them again.

Shrimp toast is excellent. Staff was very polite. Would be 5 stars but the forgot one of my sauces and gave my wife brown rice instead of white rice that she ordered. I will be eating there again,  I'll just check my order before leaving.
