I wanted something different yesterday for dinner after work. I stopped by the Towson Town Center and went straight to Mandarin Express. The food was tasty, good portion, and the orange chicken was not too sweet. My glucose level didn’t spike out of control after eating. The server was polite and professional. Even offered me a few samples before I decided what I wanted. Thank you!

I love this place, they are so generous with their portions. I love the amount of sauce that's on the food as well. Just the perfect crunch and flavor. My favorite is the vegetables, with honey chicken and borbon chicken. Give them a try so worth it.

Terrible experience I had today, with this people, they have vary bad customer service. I ordered beef and broccoli and the lady on purpose didn't put any meat on my food, the rice also tasted bad, completely  dry. Don't waste your money there. I do not recommend this place. Also the customer ahead of me were asking for napkins and she did it reluctantly. If you want to throw away your money that's the best option. You will be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

We ventured to the Towson Mall location and decided to eat from here. We spent $30 for two 2 entree specials each serving includes 2 entrées of our choice plus fried rice. We upgraded to shrimp fried rice, and each added an egg roll and drink. The drinks were the best part of the meal. The food was either bland, overcooked, or both. The egg rolls tasted nothing like any I've ever had, and that's not a compliment. We even asked for new, freshly cooked egg rolls. They looked better but the inedible quotient was still there. Now, as I write this, my stomach is protesting. I should have fasted. If you're tempted to eat here, you should fast, too.

Not good. The different chicken entrées all look the same, they were overcooked and just saturated in over sugared sauce. Sorry this is not a longer review but I really just want to move on from this meal and wipe from my memory.

The food is mediocre at best. They also try to con you into ordering more food than you want. I ordered Mongolian chicken and veggies. The woman loaded up a ton of meat and tried to charge me $8. I told her I never ordered all of that. I asked for regular size and 1 meat. She got angry and started speaking in her language. If you want decent food and respect do not eat here.

I have to say some people are trolls. I tried the food here and not only was it good they give you a good portion for the money.  They even gave me a sample without me having to ask. I felt it was necessary after reading some of the other reviews to say,  Just see for yourself.  The spot is legit the people are nice and food is good.

The service wasn't great, they weren't that friendly and the food wasn't up to par compared to the other restaurants in the mall. I threw it away after eating less than half of it. They told me if I get a combo I'd get a "free drink" if I got 3 combos but they just charged me for that $9 when I only wanted the 2 combo meal for $6. I know it's only a $3 difference but it's the fact that they ripped me off

Horrible food,  went here with my kids. Had random parts of chicken that should not be eaten.  Also told me to throw food away then not given a refund.

The food actually tastes pretty good here, decent enough for mall Chinese food. The previous reviewers who gave one star reviews are idiots.
