We are Central City.
You many know us as Red Racer beer, or Hopping Mad Cider.
However, we are also a multiple world beer cup winner, a two time Canadian brewery of the year winner and many times over BC craft beer medal winner.
Everything we do is hand crafted, from our beer to our cider, spirits and even the food we prepare for you here.
We created this restaurant to share our beers, ciders, spirits and signature drinks with you in a place you feel comfortable in.
We also wanted to share great food, because we put the same passion into the food we serve as we do in the beer we make.
Try one of our signature "build you own burgers", or try one of our authentic brick oven pizzas to fully enjoy what Central City has to offer.
We make an effort to source our food from ethical producers, and buy local wherever and whenever possible.
