This is the best dim sum restaurant in Surrey and Langley area. Price is little bit high but the dining experience is superb. When it opened few years ago, taste and variety were not that great but it did improve a lot. You better call in advance in order to get a table now. Dim sum are great with good quality ingredients, cooking skill and presentation. Seafood dishes are delicious and fresh. If you are not planning to cross the bridge (to Richmond or Vancouver), this is one of the best Chinese restaurant to dine in.

We ordered two items, “steamed live lobster w/sticky rice” (lunch special) and “green bean & minced pork in XO sauce”. Both tasted very good, except the sticky rice was too oily and I found some fine sand when chewing the minced pork. I also realized that the table settings were not fully consistent with the price, in particular, the napkins should have been cloth instead of thin cheap paper in such a mid-high end (in terms of price) restaurant. In addition, the waiters/waitresses were too mechanical, no eye contact at all, came to the table, delivered (or simply “dropped”) stuff and gone no delay.

Food is good but a little pricey. Management needs to spend more time on overall customer service to be an upscale restaurant. Lost a star for horrible service.

Excellent food and service. Wonton Noodle Soup a must have when visiting there. Excellent! I would highly recommend.

The food was good, but way to expensive. The menu was on a cheap piece of paper. We sat down and were not offered any water for 10 minuets until I asked for some water. No menus were given to us there was only one pamphlet on the table and there were four of us. When it was time to pay a man that did not serve came to give us the bill. After paying the man proceeded to say the tip was not enough and threw the receipt on the table and stomped away
