There is a biker who has no regard for others. He parks in car slots and lean and bumps against cars as he talks to females. He always parks on the first floor and does this before arrival of the parking attendant. The parking needs better security vagrants, drunkards, roam, trash and urinate on the stairwells.

I thought it was really awesome for them to turn the elevator off during a public event. I'm sure I wasn't the only mother to have parked there with toddlers and huge stroller. I had to find a place to put my stroller and carry my 2 babies up to the fourth floor.

4/5 for better than horrible parking in downtown Huntsville. You can park your car easily, as they have many parking spaces...though I suppose that's what should be expected. Prices aren't too bad either. Better than a meter.

It's nice parking downtown, but 50¢ per hour is pretty expensive when I can just risk my car getting a ticket for $15
