We went to Michigan and left our house to be managed by CCI and they slipped over $4000 out of the accounting. Don't let them manage your property.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! They were audited by the California Bureau of Real Estate and lost in court and had to pay over $10,000 in fines and are on probation for 2 years. They violated multiple codes because their books were not accurate. 

My mother hired this company to take care of her home in 2007. My mother moved to Florida and moved back 7 years later. We went to visit our home in 2014 and it was trashed. The backyard was destroyed, all the grass was dead, there were rat's nests in the fruit trees the walls covered with nail holes which was covered in PLUMBER'S PUTTY, and the Pergo floors were scratched and even broken on places. Roxanne gave the entire deposit back to the 2 tenants that lived their in 7 years. They did not take any pictures of the home when either tenants moved in (which property management companies all do)

Roxanne ignored my emails and would tell me different stories anytime I spoke with her. She accidentally sent me an email where she made fun of me.

It cost my mother almost $10,000 to get the home in livable condition again.

Roxanne and this company should not be allowed to run a business. Don't even consider this company if you have a home. They will just take your money and do nothing for you or your home.

We will be taking them to small claims court once we get the last it of information from the Bureau of Real Estate.

Definitely avoid this company and the property owners they work for! The condo we rented from them was very old and very damaged when we moved in and yet they have kept our deposit saying it was us who caused the damage. They even tried to bill us thousands more even though we have inspection papers noting the damage when we moved in. Don't rent from these people, it's not worth the headache and anxiety.

Ventriglias and their companies, ie Ventriglia & Ventriglia, Central Coast Investments and whatever additional names the work under have just received a Major Slap Down from the California Department of Real Estate for Auditing Violations. Have received 2 Years Probation and an $8,800 fine from DRE!!!!! Absolute the WORST, Most Corrupt Property Manager! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, JIM OR ROXANNE, as either a tenant or property owner or buying and/or selling real estate. Roxanne states they work for the owner and the owner says what moneys go to the tenant, NOT TRUE!!!! They co mingle owners money and worse.
