My mom went through this company and they seemed very good at first. About a year and half into her lease, new home owners arrived at the unit beneath her. The new tenants made false accusations against my mom. Literally would go as far as calling law enforcement for my mom's grandchildren playing and supposedly being too loud. Kids will be kids, especially if they range between the ages of two and eight years old, they love to play. This is not the realty or renter's company to go through if you have small children.

I dont recomend this company to rent at all. They very unprofessional and rude. There is better companies out there to rent from. The personnel is very immature and very unhuman.
