My 3 year old daughter was recently treated for a fracture in her thumb. Dr. Carter was very gentle and kind as she was nervous. The x-ray staff was wonderful and patient and she was treated with a lollipop and stickers. Gilbert was fantastic as he placed her pink cast and patient as she was scared when it was time to be removed. I’m thankful for such caring people in a scary situation for a young child!

I went to the Anderson clinic for a neck/shoulder issue. They got me an appointment quickly. The staff from the front desk to the physician were very personable, listened to my concerns and put a plan in action. I would recommend Central Indiana Orthopedics to anyone for their orthopedic needs!

Caring and knowledgeable staff. Everyone knows their job well and they make sure you have all the information you need. The doctors are great!

Very happy CIO of Anderson could get me right in when having an issue. The front desk staff, Nursing, and Dr.'s I have worked with have been great. They are there to answer questions when they come up. One thing I liked more than anything is when I asked 1 questions the nurse told me she would have to look into it because she was not 100% sure. (Didn't just guess and tell me something wrong) Before I walked out the door she brought the Dr. to answer the questions I was looking for about surgery. I hate that I have to go, but I would not go anywhere else.

ENTIRE staff is unbelievably rude; ALL the time at ALL locations. My very first visit the nurse got mad because I couldn’t explain my pain with ONE word (more than one condition requires more than one word!). I had to get assertive before she apologized. Return your calls? HA! You’ll be waiting at least a week. Took them over a month to schedule an MRI (I know from personal experience that it doesn’t need to take more than a day if a patient has neuro symptoms - maybe a week at most if not urgent, but 5 weeks?! That’s because the staff does NOT care about you & is incompetent!). I can’t tell you if the surgeons are any good at operating (doubt it since they hire their support staff from within their personal circle) because the staff is SO AWFUL that I decided to go to a reputable Ortho place (I’m now very grateful they were so bad or I wouldn’t have found a much better place that truly cares about each patient). I suggest you do as well. These people are not good, honorable human beings. Who knows what other immoralities & dishonesty they engage in. Scary to imagine. Go ANYWHERE else!!
