Very polite and caring staff. Dr Ring was friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. He told me to try several things to help my problem. I was impressed
Doctor East was very attentive to my concerns. He gave me many options to consider and an Rx to try first. Very friendly and supportive. Return appointment in 2 months.
My experience at Urology of Indiana has been exceptional. The staff is superior from top to bottom because they listen and genuinely care about you as a person more than as a patient. Dr. Sprunger is as good as it gets and I appreciate his knowledge, style and focus on providing the best care and outcome possible.
In my opinion I think that you're establishment is very professional and very thorough, I'm extremely pleased with the way I've been treated at your office. I thank you for everything. Again very professional thank you.
I seen Dr. Ring, and he was amazing. He was very detailed in instructions on what I needed to do and what I needed not to do and why. The staff is very polite as well. It an overall friendly environment.
The office was ready for me on time Dr. Walton came in to my exam room in just a couple of minutes. He was very quick, yet thorough. His nurse was also excellent.
Don't bother - they never get back to you. The Emergency Room at Hancock Health referred me here on Monday for help with my kidney stone. I called on Wednesday right when they opened and left a message since nobody answered. Now it is 8:00 PM on Thursday, and I have still not received anything from them. My primary doctor who is in the same building even tried reaching out to them and they never got back to him either. Instead, I'm driving down to Major Hospital in Shelbyville to see Dr Kim because they actually answered the phone and got me an appointment.
My husband received great care here. Dr. Walton was very good at explaining everything to us and giving us a good plan for recovery. Thank you to everyone at the Greenfield office.
I made an appointment on 11/16/2020 to see my Urologist. They were able to fit me in on 11/17/2020 and wanted a CT scan before I saw him. After hanging up with the Scheduler, I realized I was not able to make the appointed CT time so there was no reason to keep my appointment w/ the Dr. I called back and canceled the appointment for the 17th. Everything was fine or so I thought. In May 2021, I received a No show bill for $50.00, yes that was 6 months after the cxl appointment. I called the billing department and explained that I had canceled the appointment. I was told No problem, they would take care of it. I assumedmy fault for assuming and not following up that meant the $50.00 would be removed from my account. OH NO, that is NOT what it meant, it meant turning the account over to collections. So now I have to fight with a Collection agency for something that I wasn't responsible for. But the worst part of this is knowing I have to continue to deal with UOI, because they are the largest Urologist in Indy. I get the fact that 2020 was hard and everyone lost money during the lockdown, but milking your patients for $50.00 then turning them into collections for UOI error is despicable and morally wrong. I wonder how many other patients they have done this too???
My original Urologist retired. They reached out to me to reschedule my appointment with one of the other Urologist. I received good care and the staff was professional and friendly. I was at the Greenfield office.
