Hit or miss, but convenient hours.

The services here are really hit or miss here, depending on who can help you out. The owner is this nice Asian lady, and her services seem to be solid. I dropped off a pair of suit jackets, and they were taken care of, made fresh, and neatly pressed at a modest price.

I came back the same day to have some pants altered, but that was a whole different experience. The elderly man staffing the counter was so nice, but very forgetful, and he messed up my order, so that when I came back two days later to pick up my dry cleaning and pants, the pants were unaltered. The error confused the seamstress, and she refused to work on them until it was settled. He was kind enough to redirect me to another laundromat that offered in-house (and possibly same day) alterations, but it was still rather inconvenient. Really nice guy though.

The place is open relatively early and late, so it was convenient to go after normal working hours.

I'll definitely be coming back here to do laundry. I left some clothes in the washer, and thank god a great employee named Sara made sure I got all of my clothes dried. She went above and beyond!

My clothing got ripped in one of the dryers. The worker left a note for the owner, Ron, but he would not return any of my calls. At least have some decency to return my calls.

Washing machines work great!
  Dryers do not get hot enough!
   Cost a fortune to dry you clothes!
