I had the same experience as Stormy Clark with my debit card replacement problem insofar as telephone efforts went.  Now I'm not so sure I want to go into the office for one.

Someone stole my debit card.  Called to cancel and it was an automated system no way to talk with anyone.  Left a message only to never be contacted.  Went to bank of sat and sat for 2 1/2 hours till close just to sign a paper and get a new card.  Ridiculous!

By far the best! I have dealt with many banks, and none of them compare to this Credit Union. They have helped improve my credit and have always kindly worked with me on many other matters. Great people, great service!
