Customer service at this bank could be better... I had a teller made a very rude comment when they told me I was over drawn! It was pretty embarrassing and so I try and avoid this bank ! 
The U.S. Bank on campus (at UCM) is waaaaay better than this branch always very polite and hardly any wait time! I only come to this bank when the UCM US Bank is closed...

When I walked in for service, they were very slow to attempt to help me. They have no local phone number I can call, and their national call center did not know if they offered certain services and couldn't contact them to find out. Their hours make it worthless to have a safety deposit box as I could never access it. Their website is about 10 years old and not user friendly, very inefficient, and you still have to leave their website and make mortgage payments on a third party website. Pretty low-quality not customer friendly.

I've been banking with them for a year. They rip you off. They don't process your pay checks till 2-4 days later of you putting it in your bank account. They wait for you to over draft so that they can take your money that way. I found out that they are very good about this and tricked me many times when my account was positive but they didn't put all my check in my account yet when they said it would be cleared the next day. They took about $500 from me now and I plan on shutting down my account with them this week. I can't take it anymore!
