Can I vote zero stars? These idiot people have killed now 2 of my dogs. Leaving decisions up to uneducated pet owners and vet techs to make a life and death decision for my dog, which they chose wrong, and my poor Sophie had to suffer for 7 hours before dying in my mothers arms. After giving a dog antibiotics for 4 days and finding no change, you BRING THE DOG IN! Not say "oh we will wait it out". Then as she is minutes away from dying on my kitchen floor, you refuse to answer your phone after 3 rings, then STILL don't try to reach us back for another 5 hours. Unreliable. Uncaring. Unprofessional. Unbelievable. Your job is to fix my dog. Instead you made her suffer and die before her time was up. I will tell everyone know to never go to you guys. You only care about the money. No care for the families.

I love this place and it is by far my favorite Vet because of their professional and welcoming staff and the understanding and experience of Dr. Mara. They made us feel right at home and understood the needs of my border collie who typically doesn't enjoy Vet visits and becomes very skittish. I typically get anxiety going to any vet or doctor myself, but I no longer get that when I go here because of how calm and laid back of an atmosphere it is. Would reccomend x100!

I have been bringing my pets to Dr Mara for almost 20 years. He is a very good doctor. His prices have risen just a little but are still very fair. He has taken care of several dogs and cats for me. My one special dog lived to be 18 years old and saw Dr Mara his entire life. I still have 2 dogs left that are 14 years old and have only been with Dr Mara also. He is always on target with a diagnosis.   Personally, I don't even believe the person that claimed to have waited four days for a return call. I have never once been in his office and heard anyone complaining about anything. He is a good doctor and I will continue to bring all of my pets to him.

My husband and I love Dr. Mara and his staff. More important though, our animals love Dr. Mara and his staff. Not sure if it's the free treats or all the love and attention, but they can't get in the office fast enough when we arrive. A truly WONDERFUL vet!
