We are a 27-physician, single specialty urology practice which is located in Columbus, Ohio.

Story

We are a 27-physician, single specialty urology practice which is located in Columbus, Ohio. Our doctors and staff are nationally recognized leaders in urology, with the largest concentration of urologists in Ohio.

What makes us unique? Along with traditional urological needs, we also treat all types of cancer within the urology scope (prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular.) Additionally, we have an Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic (APCC) which addresses the treatment options and unique problems these patients possess.

We have 19 locations in central Ohio, including two main offices in Gahanna and Worthington.

Our Gahanna office is located at 701 Tech Center Drive, and can be reached at 614-396-2684.

3/14- called a left a message on the nurse line NO ONE called. Had to contact my GP to address the issue. Today I had a 2pm appointment for an X-ray then LPN appt (no doctor odd) at 2:15pm. I got here about 1:45/they did the X-ray fast when I asked about getting a copy of my X-ray. I was looked as though and told why would I want that, because it’s my records and that is allowed by law. Then I got pulled back into a room about 2/2:15 pm. This room reaked of urine. I waited till about 2:40pm to speak to anyone.

We like the Doctor. It's the organization of the group that is the problem. We have insurance and were offered a 12 month payment plan for the $700 balance. I signed up for in good faith. Upon our next visit(2 weeks and the monthly payment made) we had to wait close to an hour for them to call the billing office and then let us know they will not honor this agreement. (some sort of IT problem)It's heartless when a man with cancer is told they will not give him his shot without further monies. Another time my hubby was called the day before his surgery for a payment from the billing office $80 dollars. I was told if payment was not made the Doctor would not do the surgery. I find it hard to believe the Doctor would allow for such strong arm twisting measures when it came to patient care. He really is a nice guy!

Seen at ER for kidney stone - told Dr. McClung is the "on call" doctor for kidney stones that day and to call them and we'll get in same day or next day. Called before we'd even left the ER; was routed to his nurses voicemail. Called two hours later, routed to voicemail again. Called four hours after this, begged to see ANYONE and explained that no one was returning our calls in a six hour period for the supposed "on call" doc, get again routed to a voicemail. We gave up and went to a different urology group who was more than happy to get us in.

The billing dept is horrible..After doing tests and sending for a genetic test of sample that was not discussed with me, was charged 2k from a separate entity for it. The several different charges for the same visit, room, doctor, facility fee etc, after insurance billing was very excessive, and was told ooh we don,t take payments, has to be paid in full or send to collections., and refuses to re new maint medicine or schedule follow up apptmnt until Bill is paid in full. Very very sad.

I went in for a lithotripsy this morning. The staff were wonderful even though I gave them a hard time lol. But I just wanted to say I appreciate everything you guys have done for me. Great work!
