 I called to order a urinalysis (which the doctor had asked for during the last appointment) and waited 90 minutes on hold, listening to the same repeated recording about enlarged prostate symptoms, until I was given a chance to leave a message for the nurse.  After 10 seconds of trying to give message, spell name, birth date, etc., the message cut me off saying "if you are pleased with your message, press x to send."  I tried repeatedly to change  the message and say it faster. If I were a physician, I could have pressed another number "to speak to the staff."  Apparently, the doctor doesn't know how hard it is to contact the office by phone and if you are a patient, you do not get to "speak to the staff."
