Nothing special. I just felt fortunate to get a shot later in the day.

Parked there around 2 pm on a Sunday and went for a nice walk and dinner afterwards. Payed $15 in advance for the day. Neither of my family members saw a sign posted that the garage closes at 7 pm...We found out the hard way. We managed to go back in as an employee was walking out and the door was open. It closed right behind us and we were stuck in there for a while. Didn't help that my 4 month baby was having a melt down and all he needed was for me to start driving so he can calm down and fall asleep( he loves sleeping in the car as most babies do). Instead I had my husband on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get someone to open the gate for us.
Never again.
Kudos to the nice man who came from inside the building and let us out ( probably heard my son). Thank you.

go find another place to park!! horrible customer service, bought a pass and they didn't have a spot.  they said it only holds the spot if you arrive at the exact time, so its a waste of time and money. They won't refund your payment and are not very helpful.  Website is worthless.
