Really wish I could give 0 stars. We finally found a place to park for game 2 of the NLDS with the Nationals and Dodgers which ended up being $40. The game was postponed literally 5 mins after we parked and they wouldn't give us a refund or voucher to come back for when the game would be replayed. They told us if we wanted to park there for the postponed game that was being replayed the following day that we would have to pay the $40 again the next day. My wife and I were not the only ones that got burned like that. Plenty of people were looking for a refund or voucher of some kind and we got nothing. They gave us a number to call their boss and he gave us another number to call and from there we did not receive an answer. I tried to call their main building in DC, they have 2 people that handle the bulk of the calls and a receptionist. All of them have message that said they were not available to answer a call right now...even the receptionist. We called several times and still no answer or call back. I'll never park at a Laz Parking structure again and anyone I know going to DC I'll tell them to do the same.

I've had the best experience while patronizing this parking lot. I work in the area. 15.00 per day if you're there before 9:30 . The attendants are always pleasant and courteous. My favorite parking garage. I stop parking because I get to work early enough to find parking on the street. This week I got a 50.00 ticket, so guess who will be parking at the garage. Lol me. Try them out.....

It's a scam. People be aware. manager is a crook. He charged 50$ with a receipt of 26$, which means 24 dollars he put in his own pocket. I saw the receipt after coming back to Phily. I wish I had seen that in DC.

If I could give this experience a negative star rating, I would. This was an absolute nightmare. First, upon entering the garage, there was no parking panda kiosk. I was confused because I know that I entered the correct garage. So I took a ticket and decided I would talk to an attendant when I was leaving. Finding how to enter the garage to find my car and leave was an absolute NIGHTMARE. The lobby that I came through before had all doors locked. I tried to enter the same building through a different entrance, and another staircase from the same building that had a door from outside, but the doors to both were also locked. Then I went through another building that also said it had access to the garage. I tried to take the elevator, which only had buttons to lead to the garage floors. All of the buttons would light up and then turn off. The elevator would not move to any other floors. So I tried to find someone to help, but absolutely no one was in the building. At this point, I had taken 20 minutes to try to find a way into the garage. Finally, I decided to enter the garage from the car entrance. This took FOREVER because no cars were allowed to park on level A (reserved 24/7) or level B (residents only). I had to walk around the entire garage to get to the next floor. I found a stair case on level B and thought finally, I can get to my car on level C. When I went in the staircase, the doors on every parking level floor were LOCKED. I couldn't get out of the staircase. The only floor that was unlocked was on the street level, so I was back at step 1. Then I had to find my way back to the car entrance and walk all the way around to level C, which took me an extra 25 minutes. At this point, I refused to even go near the stair cases or elevators, understandably. After finding my car, I had to find the parking pay station, search for an attendant, and ask how to take care of it. Luckily he took the confirmation number as payment. I told him about my struggles with the elevator and stairs in a polite tone, suppressing my frustration because I understand that things happen. I used to work in customer service, so I have an understanding of outrageous customers and do my best to be easy to take care of. He told me that I probably didn't push hard enough to open the stair doors. I am a young, blond woman, so he was most likely making assumptions about my intelligence, but I KNOW HOW TO OPEN A DOOR, AND I TRIED FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. IT WAS LOCKED. I have gone twenty three years in my life and have never had trouble opening a door. He had no explanation for the elevators. I am smart enough not to argue with such a stubborn person, so I took a deep breath, and decided I would just give them an awful review because of my horrible experience. This was an absolutely AWFUL Parking Panda experience. I have never had anything this awful happen withthis application, and have always recommended it to friends in the past. However, after this experience, I plan on NEVER using this application again, and making sure to tell my friends to steer away from it. For now on, I will always be using Uber or Lyft, where experiences like this have never happened to me. Also, considering there was a CONVENIENCE FEE, and this was the most INCONVENIENT experience of my entire life, I am completely LIVID. Lastly, this was at 4 pm on a Saturday. This was not at some crazy hour or anything. This garage should have had more attendants or people helping. And there were plenty of signs pointing to the Stairs and Elevators, but NONE OF THEM WORKED, as I explained earlier. Also, I was carrying 3 extremely heavy bags this whole time, and was sweating bullets by the time I finally found my car. I cannot stress how absolutely awful this was. Thank you for making me spend over an hour of my time and an incredible amount of stress to get to my car into a parking garage, Laz Parking Garage and Parking Panda.

The worst parking experience I've ever had. No attendants, no hours posted, and the garage closed as soon as I had to get to my car. Never go here if you can help it.
