We LOVE this library! It's quaint and comfortable and the staff is so accommodating. They will do anything to help you out! To us, the library is a very important and integral part of Colonial Beach. There are several drawbacks, but that is not the fault of the library itself. We would like to see additional hours - we wish they were open on Monday and had longer hours on the other days. Also, apparently, many people on the beach depend on the library for the Internet. It would be great if more computers could be added. We'd also like to see the Library System purchase more of the British mysteries such as Agatha Christie's Poirot, Rosemary and Thyme, Cadfael, etc,.. We're sure there are additional benefits of the library here but as our children are grown, we haven't experienced them all. It is definitely a friendly, wonderful place! Yvonne P. July 10, 2010
