Clean facility, close to SF, in a safe area. There's a police department in the back of the building, so I'm pretty sure no one is going to be breaking into your unit to steal old family photos or jewelry :-) Unfortunately, the monthly cost goes up by $10 every year. I'm now paying $30 more per MONTH than when I started. That sounds pretty greedy to me, and they give no explanation. This night be a standard practice in storage facilities based on what I read online.

Prices continue to increase. They've increased my rate four times in the past two years, roughly a 33% increase. So, you sign a contract for one price and they can change the price at any time. Limited office hours. Okay for short term storage.
