Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) serves 23 communities in Washington and Orange Counties. CVHHH employs over 200 staff, including licensed health care professionals (nurses, therapists and social workers), and personal care attendants (PCAs). We receive support for our clients and programs from over 200 dedicated volunteers.
Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is a full service not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Association committed to providing high-quality, medically-necessary home health and hospice care to all Central Vermonters, regardless of their ability to pay. In addition, the agency promotes the general welfare of the citizens of Central Vermont with health promotion and long term care services.
