First off let me say that I appreciate good customer service and that what this place has. And on top of that I appreciate the honesty. Went on Friday to get some tired and Stuart did the work. I told him that I was doing a split payment of cash and my card. Got busy talking and didn't realize that he charged the whole amount to my card. Went out of town over the weekend and didn't pay it any attention. Monday afternoon I'm checking my account and realizes the mistake and I went down to go and talk to Stuart. As soon as he saw me I didn't have to say anything he knew what I was there for. Said he couldn't get in touch with me to tell me what had happened and he had the money in an envelope waiting for me. I really appreciated his gomestu because now days all people try to do is make money and get over on people. Thanks again Stuart. If you looking for good tires go see Stuart.

Drove to Richmond and on I64 my car started to shake at a high speed and when I slowed down it started to wobble.  My husband knows these guys and has dealt with them for years.  Guy walked around the car and said it was the rear driver's side tire, I had thought it would be the front tire. He got in and drove it down a side road and pointed out how it was wobbling and said the tire had separated. Got back to the shop, had the old tire off and a new one on in a out 10 minutes and I was on my way.  These guys know their stuff! I recommend them highly.
