Pure awesome.  They fitted me with a great mountain bike and bike rack.  Very friendly.  I look forward purchasing another bike from Central Wheel for my son.

I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation !!! 

I took in my brand new bike today, ( I have purchased a bike for reasonable price online and it was quite easy to assemble ) to just make sure the breaks are set up correctly ! I asked the staff to advice me of the cost before going ahead with any adjustments . 
The person who helps me , I believe his name was Paul, it was not friendly at all . Once my bike was ready by one of the staff, which I can clearly see from were I was standing  ,took Paul more than 10 min to bring the bike to us! We were there , they bike was ready but he was behind the computer !!! 
Finally he got around to it and gave us a bill for $47 . 
Then I asked in a really polite way how much is it for the breaks to be fixed he advices me that the breaks was only $12 but because they did spend about 45 min on the bike so it would be that much . 
I complained was told Paul needs to come . Anyway he came and in a really rude way he told me you pay $12 and walked away !!! like I am some sorted of ... !!! 
Anyway really really really bad experience I had there !!! 
Looks like all they are after is just money !!! 

The whole idea for me was to enjoy my bike and be happy and relax but they managed to ruined the whole  experience for me quite well !!! 

And they adjust the seat for me without even asking or checking so they left it all the way up so I had to actually walk the bike back home because I was not about to go to that shop again ...

Great shop with great staff.  All very knowledgable and happy to assist. Always a pleasure to shop there.

I had a broken grip shifter and stopped by expecting to leave my bike to be repaired.  The shop had a replacement on hand and installed it for me as I waited so I could get back on the road.  Prices were very reasonable and the service was friendly, fast, and very customer oriented.  They have a good selection of bikes and gear as well.
I've just found the bike shop I've always been looking for.  Happy days!

Brought my daughter's bike in to be fixed, they were very nice and took care of it within minutes!
