My husband and I met with Jim for an evaluation of our home to determine what it was worth.  Jim was very thorough and professional.  Within a few days, Jim sent us a complete work up on our homes value as well as comps in the area.  We then met with Jim again and listed our home. Within 6 days, we had an accepted offer at nearly full asking price! Jim's professionalism throughout the entire process was fantastic! Jim spent a great amount of time with us as we were searching for a new home.  We had many questions as we began our home search. He was incredibly patient with us as we narrowed our search.  If we saw something that we thought looked promising he would quickly arrange a viewing of the property.  Believe me we looked at house after house after house before finally finding one that we now call home.   My husband and I recommend him highly!

Jim had our house sold within 2-weeks. During the whole process he was engaged and on top of both the selling of our old home and the purchase our new home. My wife and I both work full time and we have two young children. Jim helped make the process very painless so we could focus on our lives.
