I have had nothing but good experiences buying homes with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group.  All of the agents I have worked with are extremely professional and on top of things in every aspect with both buying and selling.  Their website shows more details of properties than any other real estate company in the area.

Read every line of every contract you sign at this firm.  They will back you in a corner and make you try and buy homes with defects even after your inspector finds them and they weren't disclosed in the condition report.

Don't believe a word anyone here says because they will do and say anything to get you to sign their contract and then when you have just cause to terminate the contract laugh at you on the phone.

I was told a home inspection was already done and I would be given access to the report.  The realtor I was working with said "The home passed it's inspection."  Later I find out home inspections are not "pass" or "fail".  I am a first time home buyer so I took his word as gospel trusting a licensed professional.  After I signed the contract without a home inspection contingency they magically couldn't produce the home inspection.  I brought in my own inspector who found major foundation issues with the home and Coldwell Banker is trying to still make me proceed with the sale of the home saying and I quote "Your home inspection doesn't count."  

The real estate condition report says the home has no known issues.  My inspector said otherwise.

Never trust any of these brokers.  Read every line of the contract and NEVER under ANY circumstances agree to waive the home inspection contingency.  No matter what they promise you.
