Worst banking experience in my life. My husband and I applied for a loan against equity to pay for medical bills. The Banker told us he will get back to us within a day or two and sent us an email within the same day saying he already sent our information to be reviewed. Then we never heard from him for over 3 weeks. We sent him emails following up but he completely ignored us. Later on, we called the manager and she told us our loan was rejected because of insufficient credit history. We weren't upset about the rejection but we were upset about the treatment we got and how we were ignored while the status of the application was already decided. Until today the banker never had the courtesy to call us back or apologize.

Been with Centris for years. Never had any real issues. I still bank through them despite not being in the area anymore.

Much better than First national bank. Recently remodeled has that new smell. Agents are still learning some things everyone has been there less than a year
