I love this bank. They strive & give excellent customer care. I'm from a small town & they give me the same feeling that my old bank gave me. Its a commodity in a city to get that same care.

Kathy Novotny at Ames location handled the opening of my account by first making me feel welcome; when she ascrryaand appreciated ascertained my desire to open an account, she made me feel appreciated. Instead of trying to "sell me everything", she asked what my needs were. Then she performed an amazing feat: she listened! 😮
