The best thing about Centro is the buses almost always run on time and on schedule. However make sure you are at your bus stop at least 5 minutes early because some drivers run hot several minutes before they are due at a bus stop and you will surely miss your bus!  Also unfortunately the drivers are a mixed bag some are very friendly and courteous and some are so grumpy that they will not even speak to passengers and will never respond to a friendly greeting of hello (and those drivers know exactly who they are) which to me is down right rude and nasty behavior. So rude drivers are the most distasteful part of the experience with this bus company. But I have finally learned to just let their rude behavior go and I now I just feel sorry for them.
