I used this company to take care of my property after I had to rent it out while living in another State. The result of that is a completly vandalized house .. the company isn't responsive .. tenants were behind the rent right from the beginning approximately 2 months; we didn't know because of an office mistake .. monthly statements don't indicate which month get paid. Despite the complaints of the neighbors to the office nothing was done nor reporded to us. The company never follows up or informes the owners. We had to evict and are left with a house so destroyed ... wholes in the walls ... missing window frames and glasses, carpet with wholes, beam on house broken ... whole digged in yard for building a fire ... the fire department was called from the neighbors the first month the tenants lived in the house. Doorframes torn up ... appliances in the kitchen either destroyed or not working right anymore ... the list goes on and on and on ... ! The property manager stated laughingly on the phone that the damage is just "cosmetic". The pictures they sent us only showed the dirt in the house but not all the damage.

Needless to say ... stay AWAY as far as you can from this company.
